After a restful weekend, it’s easy to feel sluggish at the start of the week. But a few intentional habits on Monday morning can shift your mindset and boost productivity.
Here’s how to launch into your week with less dread and more direction—in just 30 minutes.
Step 1: Set Up Your Desk – 5 Minutes
One of the biggest roadblocks to focus? A cluttered, chaotic desk.
Spend just five minutes to tidy your primary workspace—your computer area. Don’t get sidetracked by trying to organize the entire room. This is about prepping the space where you sit and work.
- Stack related items together—notes, files, and supplies.
- Place today’s top priorities near your keyboard.
- Move to-be-filed or shredded papers out of sight.
