Hi, I’m Angie

I’m a faith-based writer, magazine contributor, collaborative author, and blogger living in Topeka, Kansas.

For twenty-five years, I’ve stood beside my husband through a career in law enforcement while raising our two sons, homeschooling, caring for aging parents, and learning firsthand that God often does His deepest work during life’s ordinary—and sometimes difficult—seasons.

Those experiences have taught me something I now share with other women: purpose isn’t something we leave behind when life changes. Often, it’s something God reveals more clearly because life changes.

I’m currently writing my first solo book, The In-Between, about how God uses seasons of waiting to deepen our faith and renew our purpose in midlife.

Why I Created Crafted in His Grace

I created this space because I know what it’s like to wonder what’s next.

I’ve walked through seasons of waiting, grief, uncertainty, and unexpected change. I’ve also experienced God’s faithfulness in ways I never would have recognized had life unfolded according to my own plans.

My prayer is that every devotional, Bible study, and article points you back to the God who is faithfully shaping your story—even when you can’t yet see what He’s doing.

Because you were never created to simply get through this season.

You were created for purpose — His purpose.
